The Alum Cave Bluff is an especially popular destination via Alum Cave Trail, as it offers up a unique view of the Smoky Mountains.
From here, visitors can look out across the valley and take in stunning views of Mt LeConte, Mount Kephart, and Alum Cave Mountain.
Most people turn around after reaching Alum Cave Bluff, but stunning scenery awaits you if you choose to continue hiking to Mount LeConte.
