- Free Park & Ride Lots- If you’re taking the Gatlinburg trolley, park for free at one of the free Park & Ride lots in Gatlinburg. These lots are located at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center or City Hall Complex on Highway 321.
- Free parking on River Road but are limited- These parking spaces are by the river along River Road, which goes from Ripley’s Aquarium to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
- Gatlinburg City Lots- The City of Gatlinburg’s Parking Department operates two parking garages downtown – Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, with 364 spaces for passenger vehicles, and McMahan Parkway Garage at Traffic Light #3, which has 366 spaces.
- Parking at Area Businesses- If your plans only include visiting one restaurant or business, take advantage of their free parking.
