This year's self-guided tour includes a map of light display sites, allowing you to explore at your leisure.
December 1, 2023 @ 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM on the Parkway downtown
The Gatlinburg Christmas parade is a can't-miss event in the area. The route begins at Baskins Creek Bypass and finishes at Traffic Light #10. This year's procession will feature LED light displays on unique floats, marching bands, dancers, massive balloons, and entertaining holiday characters.
November 9, 2023 @ 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
The 34th annual Chili Cook-off in downtown Gatlinburg will be held on November 9, 2023. The event will take place at the Shade Tree Parking lot located at 120 Historic Nature Trail.
Festivalgoers can enjoy live entertainment throughout the duration of the cook-off.
For the 2023 Gatlinburg Chili Cook-Off, tickets will be required and are available on a first-come first-served basis. You can purchase tickets in advance.
Nov. 10, 2023 – Jan.1, 2024
When the sun sets in the Smokies, Anakeesta Mountain comes to life with a light show during their Enchanted Winter celebration.
Stroll through magical villages, enjoy delicious dining, and take in the beautiful light displays. This event is included with general admission to the park.
Ober Gatlinburg will offer plenty of fun and festive activities to enjoy this holiday season. Go skiing, snowboarding, or go tubing down a giant hill.

This year's Christmas lights display in Gatlinburg SkyLift Park is bigger and better than ever! They've added over 20,000 additional light bulbs, 10 new dancing trees along the new SkyTrail, and a 30-foot-tall multicolored Christmas tree.
