With the right planning, you can continue to enjoy low-carb, high-fat meals around the campfire that not only keep you in ketosis but also fuel your outdoor adventures.

This post will guide you through creating a Keto-friendly camping menu that is both delicious and easy to prepare, ensuring your camping experience is enjoyable and stays true to your dietary needs.

Keto Camping Menu Plan

When it comes to camping, you want to choose a menu plan that isn’t going to be too cumbersome or require lots of time in the RV kitchen in order to prepare.

While I enjoy cooking over a campfire sometimes, I don’t enjoy spending all my time prepping, cooking, and cleaning while I’m at the campground.

In this sample menu plan, the items are either super easy to do at the campground, can be prepped at home before you go, smoked in your electric smoker at the campground, or make the perfect campfire food.

No matter which, these are meals won’t cut into your precious camping and outdoor time with your family.
