Is May a Good Time To Visit Pigeon Forge?
As we already mentioned, May is one of the best times of year to visit the famous gateway to the Smokies. The spring break crowds have gone home, and the summer family vacation crowds haven’t yet arrived. However, unlike the early Spring dates, the temperatures are rising, but the sweltering humidity hasn’t made its debut.
You can expect pleasant temperatures in the upper 60 to 75 degrees. You will experience beautiful flower displays, bright green trees, and scenic drives with those perfect temperatures throughout the region.
