Canaan Valley Resort is a popular snow tubing attraction in West Virginia. It is one of the longest multi-lane tube parks in the Mid Atlantic with lanes that stretch up to 1,200 feet long. The park features a magic carpet lift that will bring you back to the top for another fun ride downhill.
If you’re done for the day or just on a break you can go to the Bald Knob Haus located at the park which has everything you need including a fireplace, vending concessions, restrooms, an outdoor fire ring, and a parking Area.
Those who are 4 y/o and up, and 42″ tall are permitted to ride. Each tubing ticket is valid for 2-hrs. Group rates are also available for 20 or more tubers and must book 7 days or more before the date of arrival to avail of the group discounts.
Snowshoe Mountain- Coca Cola Tube Park

Galactic tubing and the Party Deck. At Galactic tubing, riders will be surrounded by a spectacular new multi-color LED light show as they slide down the lanes.
The Party deck has fire pits, heaters, and comfortable seating that is a perfect spot to take a break and see your crew enjoy as they ride the tubes. Those who are 4y/o and 36 inches tall are permitted on the main tubing hill that has a separate smaller area that they can enjoy.
Winterplace Ski Resort

Experience an adrenaline-pumping ride with the whole crew at Winter Ski Resort which is known as the largest park for snow tubing in West Virginia. With up to 14 tubing lanes, this ski resort is a winter wonderland for the snow tubing enthusiast and casual tubers alike. The park has snow-making capabilities and features 2 Super tubing carpet lifts for non-stop fun.
To be able to ride, one must be at least 44 inches or taller. And for kids who are under the height requirement (below 44 inches) there is a separate Kiddie snow tubing park that is open depending on the weather condition, so be sure to make a call before heading to the park with the kids. If you want to grab a bite and fuel yourself up with good food, there are a few restaurants located at the Resort center that serve meals, beverages, and other food specials.
